Delhi continued to remain under a thick blanket of smog with the air quality in the 'severe' category for the third consecutive day. As a result of the worsening conditions, the Delhi government enforced the Graded Action Response Plan (GRAP), an anti-pollution control measure. All primary schools in Delhi have also been moved online, Chief Minister Atishi said.
