"Stop Stubble Burning": Supreme Court's Order For Punjab On Delhi Air Pollution

The Supreme Court has come down heavily on Punjab and Centre over stubble burning in the state that is contributing majorly to the air pollution in Delhi and the neighbouring areas. The court has directed the Union Cabinet Secretary to convene a meeting of five states on Wednesday to discuss necessary steps to be taken to stop stubble burning. The Supreme Court will hear the matter again on Friday.
