From Deep Diving Into Water To Climbing Snow Clad Mountains, India's Security Forces Mark International Yoga Day 2023

Marking the 9th International Yoga Day Indian security forces held yoga sessions at different border locations, from the Dong valley in Arunachal Pradesh, the glacial heights of Sikkim, the arid landscape of Rajasthan to the southern tip of Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu and the Andaman and Nicobar Islands

The Indian Army personnel practised Yoga in Rajasthan with a fervor to mark the 9th International Yoga Day. The Army formed a 'Bharatmala' by conducting yoga sessions at more than 106 locations along the various land and maritime borders of India.

The Army personnel do yoga at Pangong Tso Lake in Ladakh with the aim to raise awareness about the numerous benefits of yoga and promote its holistic approach to physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
