Alternately know as the cobra pose, this asana strengthens arms, shoulders and decreases stiffness in the lower back.

Setu Bandhasana

Can't get rid of that pain? The bridge pose can solve the problem. According to Yoga expert Anoop, the bridge pose when done in combination with the wind relieving pose can solve most back issues.

Balasana

This pose gives a nice stretch to your spine. It also helps in treating neck pain.

Dhanurasana

It stretches and strengthens your neck, shoulders, arms and leg muscles. It is one of the best poses for back and spine related issues.
