India Sets Up Mega World Cup Final With Dominant Win Over Kiwis

India extended their winning run in Cricket World Cup to 10 games as the Rohit Sharma-led side hammered New Zealand by 70 in the semi-final tu qualify for the summit clash.

Virat Kohli kicked off India's bid for a World Cup final in 12 years by smashing his 50th ODI century. The former India captain now holds the record for most tons in the format.

Shreyas Iyer's 70-ball 105 proved to be the difference in the end as India piled up a mammoth total of 397/4 in 50 overs. He slammed four fours and eight boundaries during his whirlwind knock.

Though he couldn't take his team across the finishig line, Daryl Mitchell played one of the most selfless knocks, especially with his team chasing 398. He scored 134 off 119 balls, smashing nine fours and seven sixes.

It's fair to say that Mohammed Shami stole the limelight from Virat Kohli on a record-breaking night. His 7/57 earned him the player of the match award, and many more accolades.
