IPL 2022: Punjab Kings Beat SRH By 5 Wickets, Finish Sixth

IPL 2022: Punjab Kings ended the season a winning note as they defeated SunRisers Hyderabad by five runs in the final league match of this season's Indian Premier League.

Abhishek Sharma continued his rich run of form in the final game of the season. The young all-rounder, who has been promoted up the order this season, ended the season with a good 43-run knock.

Harpreet Brar got PBKS into the thick of things after SRH had started off strongly. He ended the game with figures of three for 26 at 6.5 RPO.

Nathan Ellis was slightly expensive, which was largely due to the lack of playing time. He was included into the playing XI, taking three for 40 from his quota.

No matter which franchise he plays for, Shikhar Dhawan can't stop scoring runs. His knock of 39 in this game took his tally 460 runs.

Liam Livingstone starred with the bat, smashing an unbeaten 49 off just 22 balls as PBKS chased down the target with almost five overs to spare. He has also been a handy customer with the ball this season.
