IPL 2023: Arjun Tendulkar bowled a brilliant 20th over in extreme pressure as Mumbai Indians defeated Sunrisers Hyderabad by 14 runs on Tuesday.
After going wicketless against KKR on his IPL debut, Arjun Tendulkar once again bowled with the new ball. Despite going wicketless, he conceded just 14 runs in two overs in his first spell.
He was then tasked to defend 20 runs in the final overs, and the 23-year-old didn't disappoint his captain and teammates.
Arjun conceded just five runs and dismissed Bhuvneshwar Kumar to pick his maiden wicket in IPL.
Rohit and MI players thronged the youngster as he defended 20 runs in the final over, and helped his team make it three wins on the bounce.
While Arjun hogged all the limelight, Cameron Green won the 'Man of the Match' award for his 40-ball 64 and his 1/29 with the ball.
