Sita Kund, and Ayodhya's many kunds (reservoirs), were once filled with turtles and fishes. That population has steadily declined with people choking the kunds with their waste, including old clothes. To save Ayodhya's kunds from becoming garbage dumps, Mojarto and Ayodhya Development Authority created an art installation using textile waste.
