Have Permission To Use Plasma Therapy On 200 Patients: Arvind Kejriwal

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal today said his government has received permission from the centre to administer plasma therapy to 200 patients in the national capital. He said the procedure will help in reducing the mortality rate.
