Delhi’s so-called “clean-air” march is far from an environmental movement. What unfolded on the streets was a mobilisation hijacked by Urban Naxal networks — from posters glorifying Maoist commanders to chilli-spray assaults on police. The same groups leading the march are also accused of shielding a sexual-assault case within their own circle. This was not a citizen-led pollution protest, but a coordinated political agenda wrapped in the language of environmentalism.
