Surgical Strikes Created Uncertainty In Enemy's Mind, Says Defence Minister

Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar said that even though the credit for India's surgical strikes went to the Army, the government should be applauded for the gumption to take the decision. "Surgical strikes introduced degree of uncertainty in minds of our adversaries, creates decision-making bottlenecks for them," he said, speaking at the 2016 Hindustan Times Leadership Summit.
