Film director Atlee was awarded the 'Director of The Year' award at NDTV Indian Of The Year awards. Atlee directed the biggest Indian blockbuster 'Jawan' starring superstar Shah Rukh Khan and Nayanthara. Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri awarded Atlee. Upon being asked about the money the movie made, Mr Atlee said, “The movie made more than a thousand crores”.
