23 Killed In Kerala Rain, Armed Forces On Guard, Rescue Efforts On

At least 23 people have been killed in Kerala as heavy rain triggered landslides in Idukki and Kottayam districts. Lord Ayyappa devotees have been asked to avoid visiting Sabarimala Temple. The rescue ops are underway.
