"This is just unreal", says Ireland's Lee Wadsworth, who is on the expedition team of Lighting the Himalayas. The initiative aims to electrify the Phugtal Monastery, home to over 150 monks, with solar power.
Wadsworth's opinion on the journey was recorded 13,000 feet above sea level in Rangdum Valley. The team had stopped for a lunch, and was accompanied by sheep on a lush green carpet. The cattle was casually grazing when the sound of the drone scared them after which they broke into a run.
