Priyank Kanoongo, Chairperson of National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) believe that the problems faced by children need social as well as legal solutions. While speaking at Save the Children and NDTV telethon #TheInvisibles, he said that Ministry of Home Affairs has said it is important to provide shelter to children where they can be safe like hostels and schools.
