David Victor, a well-known climate policy expert and professor at University of California, told NDTV from Davos that the world is closely watching President Obama's visit to India as it is hugely significant for climate change diplomacy, with India becoming the most important and the most diplomatically difficult country in the world as far as climate change goes. He says expectation is rising that a deal may be worked out with India either during President Obama's visit or in the near future.
