India’s defence exports have risen sharply, reaching around ₹38,400 crore, Defence Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh said. He attributed the growth to expanding domestic production, greater visibility and orders for Indian industry, along with demand linked to global conflicts. He also highlighted India’s growing private-sector defence exports to nearly 80 countries.
