Even when everything else stopped across the world due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Telangana kept moving to fulfil its promises on delivery and good governance. Despite the lockdowns imposed due to the pandemic, administration sprung to action and completed many critical projects, making the best possible use of available resources, turning the challenge into an opportunity.
