Centum Foundation CSR in collaboration with YES Foundation, the CSR arm of YES Bank, has empowered 1,800+ young individuals through the YES: Youth Empowerment for Security program since 2022. Spanning four states and including 500+ women, the initiative has enabled over 1,250 underserved youth to secure meaningful employment. By equipping them with industry-relevant skills and recognised certifications, the program is not just opening doors, it’s transforming lives and building more secure, sustainable communities.
