Sanitation workers risk their lives every day - just to keep our cities clean. But for the first time, change is happening from the ground up. With the Garima initiative, @Urban Management Centre is making sure these workers have safety gear, proper salaries, and most importantly - dignity.
 
Women sanitation workers are now leading teams, running machines, and inspiring others. The systemic change that started in Odisha is now shaping policy across India through the NAMASTE mission. This is more than a program. It's a movement for respect and rights.
