During the #HungerFreeIndia telethon, Actress Swara Bhaskar said that the silver lining in these rather dark times is when citizens have stepped up and done their bit and have tried very hard to make sure that they help those who are vulnerable. She asserted that it is time that the government in the centre and state release food grains that are lying in stock to prevent hunger among the children.
