Based on Room to Read's award-winning, proven literacy program that combines the science of learning to read with the magic of powerful storytelling, Literacy Cloud enables a new generation of teachers and young learners to access original, high-quality children's book titles in their local language. In collaboration with the professional publishing community and governments, Literacy Cloud helps foster a culture of reading among early-grade learners in low-income communities around the world.

Each storybook is created by Room to Read-trained local authors and illustrators who bring their stories to life from familiar traditions, retold folklore, brand-new fiction, non-fiction, and fantasy. Each book is tested with children and supported by Room to Read team members who have deep understanding and experience in children's book development.
