The city government has directed shops, businesses and commercial establishments in the New Delhi district to grant paid holiday to their employees and workers during the G20 summit.

Ahead of the G20 Summit, Delhi Police has prohibited flying of sub-conventional aerial platforms like paragliders, hang-gliders and hot air balloons in the national capital from August 29 to September 12 for security reasons, officials said.

The $75 million Chandrayaan-3 Moon mission was acclaimed by space agencies and governments across the world and also prompted several positive reactions from BRICS leaders at the summit in South Africa attended by PM Narendra Modi.
