Traffic snarls were reported in parts of Delhi on Friday due to special arrangements made for the movement of dignitaries attending the G20 meeting.

India and China should put the boundary issue in the "proper place" in bilateral relations and work together to bring the situation at their borders "under normalised management" as soon as possible, said Chinese Foreign Minister Qin Gang.

In a warning to China, the United States State Department Secretary Antony Blinken said that Beijing is considering supplying weapons to Russia which will affect the relationship and there will be "consequences."
