Liverpool's full-back trio of Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andrew Robertson formed a lethal combination on either flanks, providing 13 and 11 assists respectively.
Liverpool won their first Premier League title under charismatic German manager Jurgen Klopp.
Liverpool's Brazilian goalkeeper Alisson Becker (C) also played an instrumental role in their title win as he kept 13 clean sheets in the Premier League, with a game to go.
