The Sikh Community Is All About Brotherhood: Former Captain Of Indian Hockey Team, Zafar Iqbal

Former Captain, Coach and Selector of the Indian Hockey Team, Zafar Iqbal, joined the #DilSeSewa telethon where he lauded the big hearts of the Sikh community. Mr Iqbal shared how in 1979 and 1980, Indian Hockey team went to USA for tournaments but due to financial crunch, they did not have accommodation or meals. He said that the team stayed in Gurdwara twice, where they were no only provided with all their meals, but also conveyance to the field.
