Baijayant Panda in the Lok Sabha session on Union Budget says he has admired Nirmala Sitharaman's previous 5 budgets. He appreciated the consolidation of the deep fiscal reforms during Narendra Modi's second term which were initiated during the first term of the Modi govt. Under Nirmila Sitharaman's budget during Modi 2nd term, India has consistently remained the fifth-largest economy in the world, which has enabled the massive increases in the allocations and improvements in outputs and results that have been demonstrated in the last ten years.
