It wouldn't have been possible had the Congress and other opposition parties refrained from supporting the government. To be fair to the BJP, the ruling party also reached out to the opposition and accepted their amendments on the bill. The question the nation is asking is why can't the government and the opposition come together and rise above partisan politics for the benefit of the nation? What does the common man think when Delhi's Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal alleges that the Prime Minister is 'frustrated' and wants to 'kill him'?
