As the whole country is struggling to bounce back from the lull after the Coronavirus induced lockdown the Lambadi artisans of Tamil Nadu have unsold products worth Rs. 12 lakh stocked up. Now their hopes are pinned on buyers who will heed the appeal to buy local and handmade, to help preserve their handicraft traditions.
