Prasanna Heggodu, Theatre Director and Founder, Charaka said during the #HandmadeDilSe telethon that the initial six months after the lockdown was announced, the organisation faced an immense financial crisis. However, the situation improved when the consumers were approached and urged to engage more with the artisans and help them revive their livelihoods.
