At the #HelpingHands telethon, Abhishek Singh, CEO, MyGov, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India said the government has been using WhatsApp chatbot (+91-9013151515) to disseminate information on COVID-19 symptoms, bust myths, fight fake news, and provide advisories, among others. Now, the chatbot also provides information on COVID vaccination and in the coming days, the government is looking to make vaccine registration possible through this chatbot.
