Prannoy Roy explains that at current rate of vaccination the third wave of Covid-19 is inevitable but even if the daily doses of vaccine is increased to 9 million doses from the current 2-3 million, it may not be enough to beat the third wave across the country because certain states may develop hotspots of the disease due lack of effective distribution of vaccines compared to other states.
