Terming the second wave of as the darkest hour of her professional life Dr Madhu Handa, Medical Director, Moolchand Hospital said that the facilities and infrastructure was grossly inadequate to cope with the second wave surge and to prepare for third wave of Covid-19 this needs to be the focus area, apart from increasing vaccination.
