The second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic saw people running from pillar to post in search of oxygen cylinders, medicines, and other essentials. In the middle of the second wave, Introbot, the WhatsApp chatbot came to rescue for many people as it provided for real time, verified , trusted medical resource information and became India's go to COVID resources helpline.
