An Assessment Programme By USHA To Select Women For Training

An assessment programme was organised in Meghalaya's East Garo hills, a tribal area with no prior training centre to select women for the training program. The assessment process is divided into two parts - a written test to assess how much women know about sewing and a practical test to check their sewing skills.
