Phuliya Bai, A Woman Who Successfully Conquered Every Hurdle Of Her Life

Coming from a tribal family, Phuliya had limited source of earning. Despite that she was living with her family happily but in a drastic turn of destiny she lost her son. She was unable to get her son treated because she did not have enough money. Then she heard about Usha Silai School programme and started training there. Usha Silai School not only helped her in coming out of the trauma of her son’s death but also made her independent. Now, she owns a school and is training other women of her village. She has regained her zest for life and is leading a happy life with her husband and daughter.
