After the success of USHA Silai Schools at various levels, government entities have come forward to join hands and seek support for the skill development of the rural women of India. The country's largest paramilitary force the CRPF (Central Reserve Police Force) has CWA (CRPF family welfare association) that came into existence in 1995 to look after the welfare of the families of its personnel as the men are mostly away on duty and cannot pay enough attention to their home. Among the aims and objective of the CWA is imparting skills to the CRPF wives and give them a sense of accomplishment. In addition to this, the government of Rajasthan and the NGO the Unnayan Samiti have also partnered with USHA Silai School program to train 100 women in four districts across the state. The partnership with the government of Rajasthan is through RKCL (Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited) that is a public sector undertaking of the state that works on empowering and skilling rural women.
