Further talking about breaking the glass ceiling and women leading the growth, she said, "We recently added opportunity to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion to rededicate ourselves to inclusive hiring and promotions and supporting career paths."
Ms Viswanathan emphasised increasing the representation of women in the logistics and supply chain sector.
