"There needs to be a secure ceasefire. There needs to exchange release of hostages. There needs to be a secure settlement, peace keeping area. There needs to be reconstruction efforts at some time, probably led by Europe but also the US and India could play an important role. There needs to be a moderate, prosperous economy in Gaza," said Tim Roemer, Executive Director, APCO, Former US Ambassador to India at NDTV World Summit 2024.
