How Zepto Adds Value To Lives Of Its 50,000 Delivery Partners
"We look at adding value to a delivery partner's life as a core part of the value proposition of Zepto," Aadit Palicha, Co-Founder and CEO, Zepto said at the NDTV World Summit 2024. "Interestingly, the more value you add to those delivery partners, the more retention you have in that fleet, the lower your cost becomes, and the better your overall business outcomes. We don't look at goodwill to delivery partners as a social initiative, we look at it as a business objective. In 36 months, we have gone from zero to 50,000 delivery partners earning a livelihood on Zepto," he added.

Zepto adds value to the lives of its delivery partners by providing them with doctor consultations, vehicle repair, and insurance, and term insurance, among others facilities, he said.
