Asked whether it is feasible to buy an electric vehicle and not worry about where is the closest charging station, Kartikey Hariyani said: "Yes it is, the credit goes to the ecosystem - peers, competitors and stakeholders- OEMs who have started investing in EV charging stations."
"If by 2030, which also the government has envisioned - if there are 30% of vehicles on roads are electric, we'll be saving enough dollars - $80-90 billion of forex reserve - which will fund education and healthcare budget of this country," he added.
