"There is a lot that foreign universities can bring in (in terms of skilling people and women empowerment). The 5 Cs that foreign universities can do are: Collaboration (from top to bottom like high skill training), Curriculum (bringing world's best curriculum to India), Culture (very important for Indian culture can come in and help global students), Capacity and Capability (building India's capability is building capability of the world. A lot of youth are hungry here)," Deakin University's Ravneet Pawha said.
