Namaste POTUS: US President Barack Obama Arrives in India

US President Barack Obama arrives in India for the second time, to build on what he calls one of the defining relationships of the 21st century. He will be accompanied by his wife Michelle. New Delhi is turned into a virtual fortress for Obama's three-day visit, during which he will be the Chief Guest at the Republic Day celebrations.

The Obamas are in India for three days. Barack Obama will be the first US President to be chief guest at India's Republic Day parade.
