Haridwar: Speaking on the growing concerns of terrorism in Pakistan, Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Saturday said that the intentions of successive governments in the country regarding terrorism have never been clear.

"I don't think everyone in Pakistan is a terrorist. Voices against terrorism do rise from time to time in that country too. But the intentions of successive governments in Pakistan regarding terrorism have never been clear," the Union Minister told reporters in Haridwar today.

He also showered praise on Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his endeavours on the diplomatic front, and said that in the last six months, the neighbouring country has gotten a "suitable reply" from India for each of its offensives along the borders.

Replying to a question on US President Obama's visit, the Union Minister said that India is known all over the world for its hospitality and Mr Obama will experience it when he arrives on his visit on Sunday.

Describing "renewed interest" of international investors in India as the Centre's biggest achievement, he said the country's economy is fast getting back on track.
