Judoka Tulika Maan won a silver medal in judo after going down to Scotland's Sarah Adlington the +78kg final.

In the men's singles squash, Saurav Ghosal defeated England's James Willstrop to win India's first singles medal in the sport at the CWG.

Gurdeep Singh also bagged a bronze medal in men's 101+ kg weightlifting event.

India defeated Barbados in a women's cricket Group A match by 100 runs. With the win, the Harmanpreet Kaur-led side qualified for the semi-finals.
