A 25-year-old man, reportedly the personal assistant of a Rajya Sabha MP from Kerala, has been arrested as part of the massive state-wide operation against organised cyber-financial crimes, police said.

The Kerala High Court ruled that if a Muslim man wants to register his second marriage under the Kerala Registration of Marriages (Common) Rules 2008, while his earlier one is still in existence, his first wife should also be heard.
