To President Obama, With Love From India

Prime Minister Narendra Modi presented US President Barack Obama a set of recordings from American singer Marian Anderson's visit to India in 1957.

PM Narendra Modi gifted a piece of Indo-US history to President Barack Obama in the form of a copy of the first telegram from the United States to India's Constituent Assembly in 1946. PM Modi presented the copy after he received President Obama at the Hyderabad House.

US President Barack Obama was also presented a model of the Charkha at Rajghat in the presence of Union Minister Piyush Goyal.
