Elderly Panchkula Man Greeted By The Police On His Birthday

Karan Puri, an elderly man was greeted on his birthday by Panchkula police when his student Vishal Nijhawan requested them. Mr. Nijhawan requested the police to help in making Mr. Puri's birthday special for him since he lives alone.
