Austria, France, Germany, Poland and Switzerland announced their hottest Septembers on record on Friday, in a year expected to be the warmest in human history as climate change accelerates.
The case was filed in September 2020 against the 27 EU member states as well as Britain, Switzerland, Norway, Russia and Turkey.
Many users pointed out that the image is misleading and fake, and such claims have gone viral in the past too.
