It was heartening to see critically acclaimed at talented actress Manisha Koirala in New Delhi for NDTV's Youth For Change Conclave. The actress, who gave innumerable memorable performances in the '90s through to the early 2000s was part of the session that addressed - "Are we moving towards a healthy life or away from it?"
The actress spoke about the need to reduce stress, and focus on being fit. "I feel cancer has gifted me a realisation to value life and value health. Lifestyle is a key aspect. Stress is the root of diseases today. It is fashionable to be fit. Then why not focus on the interior and well as exterior."
Youth For Change, a day-long conclave presented by NDTV, aims to focus on solutions for challenges that our youth face today.
